Through partnerships with local hospitals, home visiting programs, and community organizations, Winning Start Winnebago helps families across Winnebago County get a Winning Start.
Below are resources for current and prospective partners working to improve maternal and child health in Winnebago County.
Materials are available to help hospitals and partners connect pregnant patients and community members to Winning Start Winnebago and share how support continues at home after birth. Download brochures, flyers, and digital assets at the link below to help connect more families with the program.

Winning Start partners work together to improve outcomes for families. Key impact areas include:
- Improved maternal and newborn health
- Reduction in crime and domestic violence
- Prevention of child injuries, abuse, and neglect, leading to fewer emergency room visits
- Enhancements in family economic self-sufficiency
- Increased school readiness and academic achievement
- Improved coordination and referrals to community resources
igrow Meeting & Reporting
Partners that help families continue to grow through igrow meet regularly and submit documentation to the Winnebago County Health Department.
Meetings
- igrow Collaborative Meetings – Held every 3rd Wednesday of the month
- Home Visitor Meetings – Quarterly in March, June, September, and December (8:30 AM – 10:00 AM).

Reports
- Advisory Report – Each igrow partner presents updates twice a year. Check the meeting schedule for your assigned reporting date.
- Scribe Schedule – igrow partners rotate meeting note-taking duties. View the schedule to see your assigned session.
Submit Your Monthly Agency Report (Due by the 10th of each month.)
